Sue Ann Mommaerts, 59, De Pere, died Monday, March 1, 2010 at her home.

She was born on May 27, 1950 in Green Bay, to Lucille (Bunker) and the late Edwin Mommaerts. Sue had been employed at Sheltered Industries and later worked at Cerebral Palsy for many years.

Survivors include her mother, Lucille; one sister, Jo Schuessler, Green Bay; one brother, Rodney (Kathy) Mommaerts, Wausau; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edwin and a brother, Russel.

Friends may call after 9:30 am Saturday, March 6, at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church, 3370 West Deerfield Ave., Suamico, where the Memorial Mass will take place at 11 am with the Rev. Gary Dantinne officiating. Inurnment will be at St. Benedict’s Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for Cerebral Palsy in Sue’s name.

The family would like to express a special thank you to the entire staff at Angels Touch and Heartland Hospice for all of the care given to Sue.
