Clancy Baierl

Clarence “Clancy” E. Baierl, 75, Suamico, passed away on Friday, October 13, 2017. He was born on September 24, 1942 to the late Clarence T. and Doris (Charlier) Baierl in Green Bay. On May 4, 1974, Clancy married Kathleen “Kathy” Borchardt at St. Francis Xavier Parish in De Pere.

After serving his country proudly from 1961 to 1965 as a member of the United States Marine Corps, Clancy was honorably released from duty. At that time he began a four decade long career working as a Field Service Technician. He traveled all over the world, flying more than 1.6 million miles over the course of his career.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy; three children in whom he had immense pride, Elizabeth “Beth” (Brad) Jarosinski, Sherril “Sherri” Baierl and Paul Baierl; four grandchildren who he adored, Caitlyn, Trevor, Ryker and Tyler Jarosinski; daughter, Deborah “Debbie” Hamilton; brothers, Jim (Shirley) Baierl, Wally (Rita) Baierl, Pat (Chris) Baierl and Ken (Diane) Baierl; sisters, Jeanne (Jim) DeGroot and Bonnie (Glenn) Willems; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William Baierl.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2597 Glendale Avenue, Howard, from 2:00 pm until the time of Mass of Christian Burial at 4:00 pm.
