Joseph Kenneth Pilz, 75, Ashwaubenon, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 6, 2018. He was born July 9, 1943 to the late Kenneth and Anne (Randl) Pilz. In 1961, Joe graduated from West High School. In December 1961, he met the love of his life, Lynn Vander Leest. Lynn and her cousin were together on a blind date and things weren’t going well. They left and caught a city bus. They renewed their marriage vows celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in Hawaii and recently celebrated 54 years of marriage. Together they had three children. Joe was employed by Proctor and Gamble as an electrician and retired in 1998. He liked gambling, bowling, golf, woodworking, traveling with family on vacations, going up north in Sliver Cliff to the trailer in summer and most of all spending time with grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He will be missed by the love of his life, Lynn; daughter, Susan (Troy) Leanna; son, Joseph Pilz; grandchildren, Alyssa Pilz, Brittney Pilz, Malachi Leanna and Kessler Leanna; great-grandchildren, Chloe Babiarz and Nyomii Pilz.
