Lois Luchterhand Obituary

Lois Luchterhand, Green Bay, age 91, passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018. She was born on October 30, 1926 in Sault St. Marie, MI to the late William and Edith (Arthur) Hewitt. On December 20, 1947, she married Duane Luchterhand at Redeemer Lutheran Church. 

 

Lois worked as a private secretary and then office manager for Dr. William Schneider and Orthopedic Associates for 23 years. She enjoyed watching the Green Bay Packers, traveling, dancing, painting, camping, reading and doing her paperwork.

 

 

She is survived by her children, Bill (Sally) Luchterhand, Karl (Karen) Luchterhand and Debra (Dale) Lemmen; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren; brother, Jack (Jan) Hewitt; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

 

She is preceded in death by her husband, Duane; parents, William and Edith Hewitt; sisters, Thelma, Marian and Greta; brothers, Merlin "Newt", Raymond and Art. 

 

Visitation will be at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Avenue, on Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 3:30 pm until the time of the funeral service at 5:00 pm, officiated by Rev. Karl Luchterhand.
