My deepest condolences to Rick's family. I had the pleasure of working with Rick for over a decade at West. We used to joke about grammar (or lack thereof) and alot vs a lot. He introduced me to Hyperbole and a Half (the online animated comics), which we shared a few laughs over. It was a pleasure to work with him, and he is greatly missed. A donation was made in his memory to Donate Life Wisconsin.

My prayers and deepest sympathies for the Winkelspecht family. I have worked with Rick at West for years. He always spoke loving of his family. I learn a lot from him in regards to work and family. He always had a funny story to share, he kept me laughing. From the rocks in his front yard, his time in Laredo to the eclipse vacation. Yes, your spot in Texas will be reserved for the next eclipse. I will miss your dearly rock star!

What a huge loss, I knew Rick through our work together at West Corporation, even though I'm in Omaha, our paths crossed often in our respective roles. I always thought highly of Rick and know he was a good man. I am so sorry for the loss of Rick to the entire family and all his friends at home and at work. Rest in Peace my friend... Go Pack Go!

We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to the Family of our beloved Manager Rick. He was always giving compliments or a helping hand to his staff. He was always willing to help and answer any questions. We've always admired his persistence to push us again and again to do good in our job, He made sure we knew we were appreciated and we are truly going to miss him.

Thoughts and prayers for the family. I had the opportunity to work with Rick through West and would always have a good laugh with him. He always spoke about enjoying his time with family and most recently was extremely excited about the solar eclipse road trip. He was always very honest and compassionate. Enjoy that bike ride Rick.

My sympathy and prayers to Rick's family. I knew Rick from working with him at West for several years. It was fun to have conversations with him about politics, Faith and business. It is so sad to lose someone with so much life in him.
