Walter Srenaski, 93, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2018. He was born on November 30, 1925 to the late Walter and Frances (Queoff) Srenaski. On September 14, 1946 he married the late Cyrena Shaha at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Green Bay. He served in the U. S. Navy from 1944 to 1946. Walter was employed as a machinist for Paper Converting Machine Company and retired at the age of 62. He was an avid bowler, a hall of fame horseshoe pitcher and was a member of the Green Bay and Combined Locks Horseshoe Clubs.
Walter is survived by his seven children, Mark (Christie), Julie (Jerry) Namz, Sue (Doug) Vine, Randall, Kevin (Gloria), Kim (Joe) Felton, and Douglas (Stephen Schweckendieck); twelve grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Carla Althaus; brother-in-law, Bruce (Ursula) Shaha; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Walter was preceded in death by his wife, Cyrena, five brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be held at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1484 Ninth Street, on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev.
