Al LeFevre passed away peacefully at home with his family March 17th after a long battle with heart disease.
Al LeFevre married Dottie Deno on November 17, 1962. (64 glorious years) Al was born October 1st, 1940 to Louis and Laura (Naze) LeFevre in Lincoln, WI. Al graduated from Green Bay West High School in 1958 and spent 35 years at Proctor & Gamble in the stock room (otherwise known as the cribbage room). They loved traveling out west together and eventually turning into “snow birds” living in their condo in Panama City Beach from January until the first week in May. Then they moved their winter home to The Villages in Florida where they spent a lot of time with one of his best friends Rollie and his wife Linda. Al loved scratch offs, numbers on the Brewers and Packers game and many rounds of golf, including many P&G individual and team golf records at the time of his retirement. He always had a fridge full of Diet Pepsi, was generous with a laugh, and was a loyal Brewer and Packers fan, along with all Wisconsin sports. He also had a love for fantasy football where he was in multiple leagues with Children, Grandchildren, Nephews and his Brother-in-law Vic.
Al was proud of and loved his family dearly. He is survived by his wife Dottie and beloved dog Roscoe, Father to his three children; Scott LeFevre (Michelle Desotell), Sue (Brian) Beno, Shelly Harkins (Mike Eckberg) Grandpa to 8 Grandchildren; Jesika Harkins, Shanna (Curt) Schmahl, Alyssa LeFevre (Jim Godeck), Jordan LeFevre, Jacob (Karli) Harkins, Ashley Beno (Joey Maldonado), Allison Beno, Logan Desotell and 3 Great Grandchildren, Juliana and Bennett Godeck, Cannon Schmahl and Baby Schmahl due in spring of 2026. Sisters Janice Doemel and Linda (Dan) Herfort. Brother-in-laws Don Schultz, Don (Susan) Deno, Joe Deno, Dave Deno. Sister-in-law Carol (Jim) VanBeckum. Al was proceeded in death by his Parents Louis LeFevre and Laura (Naze) LeFevre, Mother-in-law Mildred (Goffard) Deno and Father-in-law Orville Deno. Sisters Marion Schultz and June Piontek. Brother-in-laws Vic Piontek, Rodger Doemel and Tom Goates. Sister-in-law Joyce Goates. Daughter-in-law Julie LeFevre and Son-in-law Rich Harkins. Granddaughter Catherine Grace Beno.
