Barbara June Krause

Barbara June Krause, 82, was born to eternal life on Wednesday, September 28,2022, at Rennes Health in De Pere, WI. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her children.

Barbara was born on July 2, 1940, in Oconto, WI to Alvina (Nelson) and Sylvester Kumhala. She was a graduate of Oconto High School.

Barbara had such a loving and caring heart. Everybody enjoyed her fun and outgoing personality and contagious laugh. She loved spending time with her family, especially going up north to the lake house. She made sure family Christmases were always very special and memorable. She shopped all year round for specific gifts and walked in the door with bins full of presents for everybody.

Barbara was an avid reader, liked working on all types of puzzles, watching Hallmark TV shows, playing cribbage, sheepshead, bingo and card/board games. She loved bowling, gardening and family camping trips in our big pink bus.

Barbara was a loving mother of 6 children Tom Konitzer Jr, Kim Campbell (John), Chris (Michael) Nealon, Doug Konitzer, Tim Konitzer, Rusty (Kelly) Konitzer. Sweet grandmother to Jeremiah (Amy) Campbell, Ashley Nealon (Jordan), Kailey Nealon, Bryce Konitzer, Brianna Konitzer, Jenna Konitzer. Proud great grandmother to Helen and Lewis Campbell. Loving sister to Pat (Ken) Woodworth. Sweet Aunt to Michelle (Gary) Strom and their children, Emily, Josh (Stephanie) and Ryan. Preceded in death by her husband Tom Krause and grandson Bradley Nealon.

We will miss you so much mom, you will always be in our hearts.
