Brooke Danielle Boulanger, 40, Crivitz passed unexpectedly on Saturday, April 4, 2026 as a result of a UTV accident.
Brooke was born on September 9, 1985 in Green Bay to Bruce and Cheryl (Mertens) Jerovetz. She was a graduate of Preble High School. Brooke was a Claims Adjuster for Schneider. She was an outdoors enthusiast, enjoyed ice fishing, deer hunting, dirt biking, golfing, boating and traveling. Brooke could always make you laugh, and she loved spending time with her family and looked forward to attending Sebastian and Penelope’s activities.
Brooke will be deeply missed by her mom: Cheryl Jerovetz; brothers and sister: James “Jimmy” Jerovetz, Sean (Lynn) Jerovetz, and Leslie (Wade) Conard; nephew and niece: Sebastian and Penelope Conard; grandma: Donna Mertens; uncles and aunts: Bruce and Victoria Mertens, Brenda and Rick Gille, Julie and Jim Mohr, and Mark Jerovetz; former spouse: Scott Boulanger; special friends: Andrea, Shaun, Tasha, Patrick, Ryan, Tiffany, Casey and Nikki; fur babies: Zeus, Ollie, Karl the cat and Kayla the bear; and numerous cousins and friends. Brooke was preceded in death by her dad: Bruce Jerovetz; and grandparents: Michael and Marion Jerovetz, and Clarence Mertens.
A funeral service to celebrate Brooke’s life will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Lyndahl Funeral Home. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at the funeral home from 2:00 pm until the time of service at 6:00 pm. There will be a Life Celebration held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 at Thunder Mountain Bar and Grill from 1-4 pm.
