Bruce Michael Jerovetz, 70, Green Bay died on Sunday, March 27, 2022 surrounded by his family at Odd Fellow Astra Terrace.
Bruce was born on March 3, 1952 in Green Bay to Michael and Marion (Herley) Jerovetz. He was a graduate of Green Bay East High School. On August 31, 1983, he married the former Cheryl Mertens. Over the years, Bruce was a mechanic at East Side Exhaust. Bruce enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, going up to the cottage, and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Bruce is survived by his wife: Cheryl; four children: James “Jimmy” Jerovetz, Sean (Lynn) Jerovetz, Leslie (Wade) Conard, and Brooke (Savanah) Boulanger; grandchildren: Sebastian and Penelope Conard; brother: Mark Jerovetz; mother-in-law: Donna Mertens; and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Bruce (Victoria) Mertens, Brenda (Rick) Gille, and Julie (Jim) Mohr. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Bruce was preceded in death by his parents: Michael and Marion Jerovetz; and father-in-law: Clarence Mertens.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, April 4, 2022 at McGeorge’s Pub, 415 George St, DePere, from 4-7pm.
