Calvin E. Johnson

Calvin E. Johnson of Ashwaubenon passed away on August 11, 2022. Born on July 3, 1938 in Waupaca, WI, he was the son of Clifford E & Lucille M (Suits) Johnson.  He proudly served in the

U S Air Force, including time spent in Korea.  He had a long and respected career as a commercial pilot.
 

He married the late Marjorie M. Waterstreet on January 28, 1961.  Together they had two children; Terre (Mark) Tengowski and Christopher (Megan) Johnson.  On June 24, 1989, he married Cindy Vogel Boex and welcomed her son, Timothy Boex.  Cal was a proud grandfather of Eli Tengowski, Austin Boex, Maverick Johnson, Isaac Johnson and Macklin Nellis.

Along with his wife, children, and grandchildren, he is also survived by his sisters; JoAnne Adkins and Kathy (Richard) Bidwell, and his in-laws; Bruce (Jeanne) Vogel, Brian Vogel, and Roz (Dan) Konop.
 

He is preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie, parents, in-laws Ethel Schmeling, Norbert (Gertrude) Waterstreet, Arthur & Dorothy Vogel and Donna Vogel.

Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at The Lyndahl Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Green Bay.  Officiating at the service will be Rev. Richard Bidwell and Sr. Judy Miller.  Burial of Calvin’s remains will take place at a later date.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the services at 11:30.
