Charles A. Easley (Chuck), passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 26, 2022 after suffering with dementia for the last couple of years at the age of 90.
Chuck was a Welding Inspector and briefly taught welding. He served in the United States Air Force, stationed in England. Chuck was a proud member of the Osage Indian Tribe of Pawhuska, OK. He built several items out of wood and was a talented artist and drew beautiful pieces of work. Chuck was an avid golfer, he had the pleasure of caddying for Arnold Palmer for a tournament in California.
He is survived by his five children: Jane (Chuck) Karnopp, Joni (John) Lepow, Charles David (Krissy) Easley, Craig (Wanda) Easley, and Thomas Easley; eight grandchildren: Taylor (Sara), Cameron (Jessie), Anna (Mike), Elizabeth, Dakota, Brittany, Dara Jo (Rachael), and Leeshane; nine great-grandchildren: Logan, Garrett, Kendra, Emma, Kamber, Everrett, Everly, Brix, and Theo; one sister and brother-in-law: Tommie (Chuck) Mattson. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Margie of almost 60 years; his parents: Ethyl and Thomas Woodall and Leo Easley; one brother: Ed Easley.
A funeral service to celebrate Chuck’s life will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 10:30 am at Bethany United Methodist Church, 1110 Echo Lane, with Rev. Robb McClintock officiating. Military honors will immediately follow the service. Relatives and friends may greet the family at the church on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 from 9:00 am until the time of service at 10:30 am.
