Chris R. Christensen

Chris R. Christensen, age 75, passed away Sunday March 5, 2023, at Caraton Commons, De Pere.  He was born July 29, 1947, to the late Roy and Doris (Ratcliff) Christensen in Racine, WI.  He attended Park High School, Racine and graduated with the class of 1965. He served in the United States Air force from 1966-1970.  On June 21, 1969, he married June Sekaney in Racine. Together they shared 53 years of marriage. Chris enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing cards, and spending time with his family and his pets, Satin, Charlie, Patches and Katya.

He is survived by his wife: June Christensen; daughter: Martha Christensen; sister: Kim (Lee) Bahr; nieces and nephews:  Michelle (Chris) Paulson, Mike (Jess) Keyser, Melissa (Ryan) Willger; and many in-laws. Chris was preceded in death by his parents; one brother: John (Robin) Christensen; Jenna, Paul, Ryan, Mary and John.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023, at The Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Ave., Green Bay, from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm, and will conclude with full military honors.
