Clarence A. “Clark” Gajeski, age 93, of Green Bay passed away peacefully Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Bellin Hospital after a short illness.
Clark was born January 29, 1933 in Green Bay, the son of the late Anton and Gertrude (Huempfner) Gajewski. He was united in marriage to the former Ann Williams in 1955. They enjoyed 70 years of marriage and raised four children together. He was the last surviving sibling out of 12 and will now be reunited with his brothers and sisters.
Clark was a proud member of Operating Engineers Local 139 where he worked for many years as a heavy equipment operator. He was also a long-standing member of The Moose Lodge 801.
Clark found great joy in spending time up north, where he could often be found working in the garden, cutting wood, and taking pride in keeping his land beautifully maintained. He loved any chance to play cards, always ready for a game with friends or family. Some of his happiest moments were spent deer hunting and fishing with those he loved, or simply putzing in the garage, tinkering with whatever project caught his attention. Whenever there was a job to do or a repair that needed a steady hand, Clark was the first to show up, always willing to lend his skills and help friends and family without hesitation.
Survivors include his wife: Ann Gajeski; his children: Randy (Lynn) Gajeski, Theresa (Terry) Doxtater, Timm Gajeski and Nancy Semenak; grandchildren Rachel (Jason) Gillis, Al (Katie) Gajeski, Andy (Lacey) Doxtater, Dan Doxtater, Carissa Semenak, Ben Semenak and Haley (Eric) Metzler; great-grandchildren Lauren Gillis, Brennen and Gavin Gajeski, Tristen, Scarlet, Amos, and Otto Doxtater, Ella, Noah and Jack Doxtater; sisters-in-laws Annette Gajeski and Betty Gajewski and many other nieces and nephews. Clark was preceded in death by his parents Anton & Gertrude Gajewksi, sisters, Ethel (Bill) Hansford, Marcella (Bernie) Thompson, Evelyn (Bob) Dahlke, Mary Ann (Ralph) Watzka, Rita (Don) Greatens and Arlene Gajewski; brothers, Tony (Angie) Gajeski, Jack (Elaine) Gajeski, Bob (Marge) Gajeski, Ken Gajeski and Jerry Gajewski.
