Delores M. Parilek, 95, Green Bay, passed away Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at St. Vincent Hospital. She was born on June 7, 1925 in Kenosha, daughter of the late Constant and Theresa (Christoff) Vandeveld. Delores was a graduate of Antigo High School. On January 15, 1948 she married James Parilek in Antigo. He preceded her in death on July 8, 2011. Delores was a member of the Women’s Lutheran Missionary League.
Delores is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Carol (Richard) Bartell, Waukesha, Mary Jo (Michael) Saatela, De Pere; one granddaughter, Rachel (Don Jr.) Lisowe; three great-grandchildren, Joe, Jake and Michaela; a special friend, Wendy; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, Constant and Theresa Vandeveld; her husband, James Parilek; one grandson, Richard ‘Rick’ Saatela; and two sisters, Lillian Jicha and Shirley Johnson.
Visitation for Delores will be held at Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 1731 St. Agnes Dr. on Tuesdsay, April 6, 2021 from 10:00 AM until the time of services at 11:00 AM. Officiating at the service will be Rev. Scott Malme. Entombment will be at Ft. Howard Mausoleum, Green Bay.
