Delores M. (Burkhardt) Wriedt, 86, Ashwaubenon, passed away Saturday, May 22, 2021.
She was born April 1, 1935, to the late Edgar & Lydia (nee Kramer) Burkhardt. She graduated from Kiel High School,
In 1955, she married William Wriedt and together they had two children, Cindy & Kevin. She worked at Diana Manufacturing for 30 years until retiring in 1996. She was also a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose #451, Green Bay, for over 50 years where she held various offices as well as a cook for many years. She enjoyed crafts, Bingo and playing cards with family and friends.
She is survived by her son, Kevin, Green Bay, her granddaughter, Chantal Szinegh, Daytona Beach, Florida. Also survived by her sisters, Margeen Jenquin, Seminole FL; Marilyn Schmidt, Madison and her twin sister Doris Lauersdorf, Plymouth. She is also survived by two sister-in-laws, Lola Wriedt, Howards Grove and Anne Wriedt, Sheboygan, along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, and her daughter Cindy (Wriedt) Szinegh. Also her brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws, John Schmidt, Robert Lauersdorf, Betty (Wriedt) & Kenneth Prahl, Wallace & Lucille (Meiselwitz) Wriedt, John Wriedt, Jerry Wriedt and Jack Wriedt.
Friends and family may call from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Friday, May 28, 2021 at the Shrine of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum in Green Bay, with funeral services at 2:00 pm. Entombment will follow.
The family wants to thank the staff at St. Mary's Hospital and Unity Hospice for the care.
