Dianne Rose Lange, age 77, passed away Monday, January 27, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born July 27, 1947, to the late Alfred and Elsie (Janzow) Mueller in La Crosse, WI. She attended Dr. Martin Luther High School graduating with the class of 1965. Dianne then attended Dr. Martin Luther College and received her bachelor’s degree in education. In 1970 she married Eric Lange. She was a Lutheran Elementary School Teacher, teaching at several WI Synod Lutheran Schools until her retirement in 2013.
Dianne spent her entire life loving. She loved her Savior Jesus, her family, her students, her friends (which were many), her bible study women, her church, and her service to her Lord. She loved her grandchildren, teaching, counseling, mentoring, traveling, visiting with friends and relatives, reading, sewing and crafts. She always had a smile and a listening ear for everyone. She was gentle and kind to all. She loved her life!
Dianne is survived by her husband: Eric; two daughters: Amber (Eric) Ruble, Aimee (Michael) Last; grandchildren: Madilyn Ruble, Claire Ruble, Elijah Last, Eden Last, Trinity Last, Malachi Last and Samuel Last; two sisters: Ruth (Clarence) Jenkins, Arlene (Jim) Yohn; one brother: Rev. Wayne (Barb) Mueller; other relatives and friends also survive.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Alfred and Elsie Mueller.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, February 2, 2025, at 2:00 pm at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 2066 Lawrence Dr., De Pere with Reverend John Parlow officiating. Visitation will occur from 1:00 pm until the time of service at 2:00 pm. Visitation will also occur Saturday, February 1, 2025, from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at The Lyndahl Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1350 Lombardi Avenue, Green Bay.
