Donald J. Borowicz

Donald J. “Don” Borowicz, 64, passed away in Suamico, WI, on February 20, 2025, surrounded by his loving family after an ongoing battle with cancer. Born in Duluth, MN, on April 3, 1960, Don moved to the Green Bay area following graduation from high school.

Don married Rhonda Poole on June 21, 2011. Don enjoyed a successful career as a dedicated and respected owner of Long Term Care Insurance Specialists, Inc. from 1997 – 2022. 

Throughout Don’s life, he enjoyed golfing locally at Thornberry, Brown County and Royal St. Patrick’s Golf Links. He was an enthusiastic Green Bay Packers fan and enjoyed hockey, ice skating, and politics. For over twenty years, Don organized the Beja Shriners Golf Outing raising over $100,000 to support their transportation fund.

Don is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Rhonda Borowicz, brothers Marty (Marge) Borowicz, Ken (Luanne) Borowicz, sisters Mary Ellen (Brian) Grover, Kathy (Miles) Stenberg; brother-in-law, Tony Moody; and many nieces and nephews along with their families. Don was preceded in death by his parents George and Helen Borowicz; sister Judy Latour; brother-in-law Joe Latour and Rhonda’s daughter, Ashlie Mann. 

Visitation is Friday, February 28, 2025 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Avenue, Green Bay. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm with Deacon John Bundra officiating.
