March 19, 1934 – April 11, 2025
Eileen Cline, age 91, of Green Bay, WI, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2025, with her loving husband at her side.
Born on March 19, 1934, in Bryant, Wisconsin, Eileen lived a life marked by deep faith, steady love, and endearing friendships. On November 13, 1954, she married Leonard Cline, her devoted husband of 70 years. Together they built a legacy centered on family, generosity, and kindness.
Eileen dedicated her career to education, serving as a teacher and librarian in the Pulaski School District for many years. She had a special gift for nurturing a love of learning in her students and was honored as Teacher of the Year—a reflection of her passion and impact in the classroom.
She was a longtime member of First Assembly of God (now Green Bay First), where she enjoyed being part of the church community and built many meaningful friendships over the years.
Eileen was a woman who found joy in the simple things—spending time with loved ones over a cup of coffee, getting lost in a good book, or playing a spirited game of Scrabble. She loved to golf, host gatherings at the family cottage, and bring people together around her table. Her home was filled with warmth, laughter, and heartfelt hospitality.
She is survived by her husband: Leonard; her sons: Peter Cline and Jeff (Barb) Cline; her grandchildren: Ben (Elizabeth) Cline, Jen (Nate) Tlougan, and Joel (Linnea) Cline; and four great-grandchildren who brought her immeasurable joy.
A service to celebrate Eileen’s life will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Green Bay First Church, 1460 Shawano Ave., Green Bay. Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m., with the service to follow at 12:00 p.m. All who knew and loved her are welcome to attend and honor her life.
