Gene Gollhardt

Gene Gollhardt, age 83, De Pere, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018.  He was born May 31, 1934 to Harold and Esther (Werner) Gollhardt in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.  He was married to the former Dauna Hermann for 60 years.  Gene served his country in the U. S. Army.  He was employed by Nabisco Foods, now known as Kraft Foods, for many years.

Gene is survived by his wife, Dauna; two daughters, Karen (Bill) Anderson and Susan (Kevin) Zuege; three grandchildren, Nathan (Kirsten) Zuege, Kyle Zuege and Jared Zuege and one great-grandson, Everett Zuege.

He is preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Gollhardt and a grandson, Ian Zuege.

Visitation for Gene will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 9:30 am until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 am at Calvary Lutheran Church, 1301 South Ridge Road, with the Rev. Earl Vorpagel III officiating.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Gene’s memory for Unity Hospice and Calvary Lutheran Church.
