James (Jim) Joseph Reignier, 93, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at the Jack & Engrid Meng Hospice Residence. Jim was born on October 30,1930 , son of the late Ben and Elinor (Johnson) Reignier. Jim served his country faithfully during the Korean conflict with the U.S. Army from 1951 to 1953. He then started a life-long career in sales with Morley Murphy.
Jim enjoyed many travels with his wife, Barb, including Rome, Portugal & Gulf Shores. He loved playing cards, bingo, fishing and above all, making his family and friends smile with his countess jokes and jovial nature. While living at Emerald Bay Retirement Community, Jim gave out hundreds of teddy bears to visiting children and residents as he loved to make people happy. Jim was an avid Packer and Brewer fan and enjoyed sweets.
Jim’s survivors include: sister in-laws, Sandy Renard (Green Bay), Pat Reignier (Saek Falls, MN) and Shirley Lattin (Corrales N. Mexico). He is further survived by brother in-law, Karl (Jeanne) Radosevich. He will be missed dearly by his nieces and nephews as well as grand-nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, July 12, 2024 at 11:00 am, at Nativity of Our Lord Parish, 2270 S Oneida Street, Green Bay. Visitation will occur from 10:00 -11:00 a.m. Burial will take place at Lawrence Cemetery in De Pere where full military honors will take place.

The family would also like to express sincere gratitude to the staff at Emerald Bay Retirement Community-you made him part of your family. A special thanks to Caiden, his nurse with Moments Hospice. Also, we are grateful to Unity Hospice, although he was there a short time, your care and compassion for Jim was wonderful.
