Jolene A. Wery

Jolene A. Wery, 83, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 24, 2022

She was born April 29, 1938, in Green Bay, daughter of the late Bernerd and Alice Patterson. Jolene attended Green Bay West High School. She married the late Albert Wery on July 4, 1956, who preceded her in death on August 4, 2017. Jolene was a loving wife and mother who loved spending time with her grandchildren. Jolene also enjoyed creative sewing, traveling, and watching her grandchildren play sports.

Survivors include three children: Amy (Paul) Latus, Green Bay, Lorrie (Steve) Mikulski, Green Bay and Richard (Amy Lynn) Wery, Memphis, TN; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; two brothers: Robert Patterson, De Pere and Thomas (Patty) Patterson, Abrams. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter: Amy Gerrett; her parents; and one brother: Richard Patterson.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at St. Matthews Catholic Church, 130 St. Matthews Street, Green Bay, officiating the service will be Father Bob Kabat. The family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service at 12:00 p.m. at St. Matthews Catholic Church.

The family would like to thank New Perspectives Senior Living, their caregivers and nursing staff for all the excellent care provided to Jolene that allowed her a happy journey through her dementia.
