Julie Catherine (Kulhanek) Lowe

Julie Catherine Lowe, 49, of Green Bay passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at her home.

Julie was born on September 12, 1973 in Green Bay to the late John and Sandra (Ziebarth) Kulhanek. Julie was a dedicated mom as well as an in-home caretaker. She enjoyed sewing, doing crafts, and had a love for animals, especially Brandy and Wendy, Julie had a kind and generous soul who gave the best of herself to every person she ever met and never expected anything in return.

Julie is survived by her children: Alexis (Jake Olson) Kulhanek and Gabe Lowe; siblings: Shelly (Preston) Ferron, Jeremy (Dawna) June, and Eric (Nikki) June; nieces and nephew: Brooke (Brent) Reilly, Amber Ferron, and Andrew Ferron;  Aunt Sue, who helped raise Julie after her parents passed away,  and her husband Randy Meyer; and former husband and dear friend: Willis Lowe. She is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Julie was preceded in death by her parents: John and Sandra Kulhanek; sister: Laura Kulhanek; and faithful companion: Brandy.

Relatives and friends may greet the family on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at the Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Ave., from 4:00 – 6:00 pm.
