Karen Brandt

Karen L. Brandt, age 75, of De Pere, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 24, 2021 with her sons by her side.  She was born in Marinette, WI to the late Sentinel and Orlean (Krie) Cooper.  Karen attended and graduated from Marinette High School.  On June 9, 1979, she married the late Ronnie Brandt and moved to De Pere, WI.  They enjoyed 33 years of marriage.  Karen was a caring mother and homemaker who loved game shows and sitting outside watching the sunset. 

Karen is survived by two sons, Rob and Ann Urbaniak, Mike Brandt and Jenny Rosendin; two stepdaughters, Amondee and Steve Acker, Terri and Bill Shields; 11 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.  She is further survived by her sisters, Joann, Judy, Kathy, and Leslie and two brothers-in-law, Larry and Gerard; and son-in-law, Jim.  She also leaves behind many other family and close friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband; son, Jeff; stepdaughter, Nikki; sisters, Linda and Darlean and brothers-in-law, George, Jack, and Alex.   

Visitation will be held Friday, February 26, 2021 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Lyndahl Funeral Home,1350 Lombardi Ave. The family asks that masks be worn, social distancing be observed, and hugs not be given.
