Linda S. (Clevenger) Wesolowski

Linda Wesolowski, 78 years old, of Green Bay, passed away on June 30, 2026, at Bellin Hospital, Green Bay, surrounded by her loving family.

If you knew Linda, you knew how deeply she loved her family. She poured her whole soul into raising her four daughters, of whom she was immensely proud of. That love extended unconditionally to her sons-in-law, her eight grandchildren, and her three precious great-grandchildren. Her family was her greatest pride and joy, and she was happily anticipating the blessing of two more great-grandchildren on the way.

Linda was born on July 18, 1947, in Lawson, Missouri to Jasper O. Clevenger and Viola V. Barnes. She worked several part time jobs throughout her life, including working at insurance agencies and managing apartment complexes. Her most cherished job was as a full-time homemaker and mom. She always created a safe and loving home for her four daughters.  

For Linda, every holiday, birthday, and milestone was an opportunity to gather the family she loved and adored. Linda loved spending time with her family and offering words of wisdom to her grandchildren. She enjoyed talking with all her social media friends and took immense pride in keeping a clean, pretty home, decorating every corner precisely to her liking. Outside, she liked creating beautiful displays of annual pots that bloomed with color.  A keeper of cherished family recipes, she always cooked a delicious pot of one of her soups.

Linda is survived by her four daughters; Mary Forstner (Sean Crowley), Christine and Daniel Backes, Susan and Rodney Clauss, and Diana and Digger Reuter; eight grand-children; Blake (Rachel) Backes, Jordan Gillette, Baylee (Marty) Richardson, Aleeya Gillette, Malayna Clauss, Makenzie Reuter, Breanne Clauss and Preston Reuter; three great-grandchildren; Alyvia, Willow and Raelynn and two more on the way this year, and special friend John Giles.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Frank E. Wesolowski, and brother Tony Clevenger.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff at Bellin ICU, especially Dr. Bellg and Nurse Annika Olson for their compassionate care and support.

She leaves behind a family who will forever cherish her boundless capacity to love, her nurturing spirit, her sense of humor and her beautiful smile.  A private celebration of life will be held at a future date to honor Linda’s wishes.
