Lois J. Paradise, age 93, of Green Bay, died Thursday, June 29, 2023.
Lois was born in Green Bay to Oscar and Edith (Froelich) Gollhardt on October 23, 1929. She attended West High School and graduated with the class of 1947. She met her husband, Glenn Paradise, in high school. Together, they embarked on a journey filled with blessings. Together they stepped through the joys and hardships of life. Lois worked full-time inside the home while her four children were in school. She then left home to work as an office administrative secretary for San Luis Nursing Center.
Lois enjoyed accomplishing tasks and endeavors that allowed her to give to others. She was also blessed with an athletically inclined physical prowess, and a crisp ability to articulate her thoughts into words. With these factors, she warmly helped to bring out a desire for positive goodness in the people who got to be a part of her life.
Lois is survived by her children: Jay Paradise, Jean Paradise, and Amy (Paradise) Zehms.
She was preceded in death by her parents Oscar and Edith; her husband Glenn; and her son Dan.
A memorial service for Lois will be held on Saturday. July 15, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Lyndahl Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1350 Lombardi Avenue, Green Bay. The family will greet relatives and friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. Lois will be laid to rest alongside her husband Glenn at Nicolet Memorial Gardens later.
