Mary Le Capitaine Obituary

Mary (Servais) Le Capitaine passed away June 13, 2026, in Green Bay after a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease.

She was born on February 21, 1953, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to Antone and Mildred (Monfils) Servais. She attended West High School and graduated in 1971.

Mary was a homemaker and raised her daughters through their early childhood.  In 1989 she went to work at Nelco Tax Forms, where she enjoyed her work and made a number of great friends. Mary retired from Parkview Middle School in Ashwaubenon after working as the secretary to the Principal for 15 years.

She enjoyed summer trips with friends to Door County and cheering on the Green Bay Packers throughout the seasons. She loved attending antique auctions, especially at Deterville’s in Denmark, and treasured many years of family “coffee clutches.” Above all else, she found her greatest joy in being a grandmother.

Mary is survived by daughters Tracy Le Capitaine and Jill (Brian) Schumacher; grandchildren Vincent Le Capitaine, Arwen Schumacher, and Leighton Schumacher; sisters Karen (Joe) Cisneroz, Victoria (Jim) Ward, Teri (Jay) Bartel, Jeanne (Bill) Fatla, and JoAnn Servais-Koss; brother Mike Servais; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, especially her lifelong friends Debra Kamholtz, Peggy Suda, Jo Millhiser Kumbalek, Gail McCartney, and Cindy Brasovan.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; bonus dad Robert Haskins, sister Antoinette Baker, nieces Shannon Saldana and Amilyn Genz, and dear friend MaryBeth Thompson Renier.
