Ronald "Ron" Buller Obituary

Ron was born on March 7, 1946, in Milwaukee WI to William and Theresa (Pawlak) Buller. He left this world peacefully on October 30, 2025, surrounded by family.  

 

Ron grew up on Green Bay’s west side. He attended Green Bay West High School and graduated with the class of 1964. He joined the Army to serve his country and was stationed in Korea from 1965-1967. When he came home from the Army, he found employment at Morning Glory Farms and worked there for 36 years until his retirement in 2002. He met the love of his life Diane (Heiser) Buller in 1967 and wed in September of 1968. They shared two wonderful children, Lance and Nikki. 

 

Ron also ran a successful lawn business along with his son Lance, R & L Lawn Maintenance. For many years you could see anyone in this family cutting or raking the properties that they serviced.  He also loved to play fast pitch softball when he was younger and did so for 18 years. Ron and Diane enjoyed many years of bowling in the couples’ league with his sister and brother-in-law as well as a men’s league on Thursday nights. He enjoyed fishing, golfing but mostly watching the Brewers while sipping on a beer. After retirement Ron also enjoyed their vacations down in Texas with their close friends Steve and Brenda Hecker. 

 

Ron is survived by his wife Diane, son Lance (Deanna) Buller, daughter Nicole (Chris) Baker. He has 3 grandchildren, Stephanie Baker, Jasmine Baker and Alec (Kaitlyn) Vinger. He also was fortunate to have 3 great-grandchildren-Trysten Baker, Donald Schneider and the newest addition Louis Vinger. He is also survived by his sister Shirley Buller, Sister-in-law Alice (David) Dillenberg, Linda Heiser, John (Linda) Heiser, Rocky (Sally) Heiser. He has many nieces and nephews. 

 

Ron was proceeded in death by his parents, Bill and Terry Buller, His sisters and brothers-in-law Gloria and Jim VanderKelen, Linda and Dan VanderHeyden, His mother-in-law Edna Heiser, Brother-in-laws Jim Heier, Joe Heiser and Frank Heiser.  

Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, November 13, 2025 at The Lyndahl Funeral Home.

The family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the services at 6:00 p.m.
