Sandra "Sandy" A. Withbroe

Sandra Ann Withbroe, age 62, passed away Friday, October 27, 2023. She was born April 16, 1961, to Richard and Shirley (Gast) Bond in Appleton, WI. She attended Ashwaubenon High School, graduating with the class of 1979. On September 18, 1993, she married John Withbroe at Calvary Lutheran Church, Green Bay, he preceded her in death on February 28, 2023. Sandy was employed as an administrative assistant in the banking industry, where she worked for many years before retiring early to enjoy more time at home. 

Sandy enjoyed spending time with her husband, John, and their cat, Rufus. She and John were frequent visitors to many local establishments (Pancake Place, The Rite Place and Cranky Pat’s). Sandy also enjoyed their trips to Las Vegas and to Connecticut. During the last few months of her life Sandy often had lunch with her mother and sister, Linda, and generously did their shopping. During their visits, they enjoyed watching their favorite tv shows together. 

She is survived by her mother: Shirley Bond; Sister: Linda Bond; and Stepchildren: Greg (Melissa) Withbroe (Josephine) and Cathy (Richard) Mortlock (David, Ali, Grayson, Easton). 

She was preceded in death by her husband John, and her father. 

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday November 28, 2023, at 12:00 pm at The Lyndahl Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1350 Lombardi Avenue, Green Bay. Visitation will occur at Lyndahl from 11:00 am until the time of service at 12:00 pm. Burial will take place at Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
