Virginia "Ginny" R. (Huxford) Jared

Virginia R. “Ginny” Jared, age 75, of Green Bay passed away peacefully with her boys, Jesse and Joshua, by her side on Friday, May 8, 2026 at her residence.

Ginny was born February 6, 1951 in Green Bay, daughter of the late William and Rosalie (Cameron) Huxford.  She was united in marriage to Don Jared on December 1, 2001 in Green Bay.

Ginny enjoyed bon fires, grilling out, spending time with family, and visiting Door County

Survivors include her husband, Don Jared; her children, Jesse Huxford and Josh Huxford; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren; her siblings Richard (Beverly) Huxford, David Huxford, Jim Deprey, Teri Nordby, and Jeanne (Steve) Schomish; her niece, Michele (Mike) Simon; and, special friends Sandy, Janet, Marilyn and Diane. Further survived by other friends and relatives.

Ginny was preceded in death by her parents William & Rosalie Huxford, and her siblings Bobby Huxford, Mary Deprey, and Lynn (Robert) Welsing; and, her Aunt Bernice.

Per Ginny’s wishes, cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
